Tasting note

Straw yellow in colour with coppery highlights. On the nose it is fragrant with notes of pear, spring flowers and a subtle hint of toasted bread. Elegant and supple with savoury characteristics, it is well balanced with a long, aromatic finish.

pairs nicely with fish and shellfish dishes, fresh egg pastas and white meats.
