The site of the neolithic village was known as Skara Brae, long before the settlement was uncovered by a storm. Skara has a few potential Nordic translations but most point to the characteristics of the dunes themselves.

Regardless of the mystery, there is no doubt the settlement is now world-renowned. Stretching our horizons, they brewed this unique beer, connecting the old world to the new, from one west coast to another.
