Intense Primitivo from southern Italy, lush with blackberries and currants and elegantly perfumed with nutmeg, chocolate, liquorice, and vanilla.

Vinification

Vinification by maceration with controlled temperature at 24°-26°C. After malolactic fermentation, brief refinement in French barrels.
