Lovingly created by husband and wife team Gordon and Vanessa Quinn from their home in the hamlet of Badachro in the northwest coast of the Scottish Highlands. Distilling their own gin had been a hot topic in the local pub for many years it eventually became a reality in 2017 when they bought their little copper pot still – Delilah.S
