• Nose: Rich dried fruits, figs, raisins and orange marmalade, followed by dark honey, polished oak, roasted nuts and warming spice.
• Palate: Luxurious layers of dark chocolate, treacle toffee, fruitcake and roasted hazelnuts, complemented by dried orchard fruits, cinnamon and mature oak.
• Finish: Long, warming and elegant, with lingering Oloroso sherry richness, cocoa, gentle oak tannins and sweet spice.
