Unique Selling Point: Only estate fruit from the Thelema and Sutherland vineyards is used for this light, refreshing wine. The name Mountain White comes from the Simoneberg Mountain, where our Thelema vineyard is located

Vineyard: 100% estate-grown fruit, VSP trellising system, hand-harvested

Vinification: Hand-harvested, de-stemmed, stainless steel tanks.
