Tasting notes

On the nose the PX character is very evident with raisins, sultanas to the fore. More of a Dundee Cake rather than Christmas cake however.

The palate evokes further culinary flavours with a beautiful cocoa powder character mixing with the dried fruits to provide an amazingly mature taste experience that definitely belies its 11 years of age.
