Fragrant, perfumed aroma of just-picked fresh strawberries. Full of flavour, with a delicious combination of juicy richness and super-soft tannins. Very moreish.

Wine Making

A classic blend of Southern Rhône varieties, Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault. Wormholes in the vineyard improve cosmic ray influence, giving a certain 'lift' to the wine.

Food Matching

Delightful with a medium-rare bavette steak, charcuterie, or an aubergine parmegiana.
