Sancerre White Le Rochoy Organic, Laporte

Discover Rochoy: a light yellow wine with silvery highlights, crystal-clear and limpid. The nose offers white flowers, ripe yellow-fleshed fruit, and a hint of angelica. Fresh, expressive, and well-balanced on the palate, with flinty minerality and a subtle smokiness. Rochoy unfolds with splendid fullness and astonishing generosity.

Hand-harvested grapes undergo gentle extraction in a pneumatic press. Must naturally settle in cold conditions. Alcoholic fermentation, driven by natural yeasts, occurs at 15-18°C for 15 days, preserving fruit aromas and terroir minerality. Coarser particles are eliminated, retaining fine ones for stirring until bottling.
