Renacer RePasso Malbec is made using the Ripasso technique, renowned in Italy, using partially dried grapes in the winemaking process which intensifies the flavours, enriching the fruit and creating full-bodied, medium-toned, wines with rich blackberry, plum, and floral notes.

Hard, full-flavoured cheeses and cold cuts are well-suited. Beef in all its glory, grilled, roasted, barbecued... are an ideal match.
