A tradition in Scotland for the old drovers and hill walkers of more recent times a Bothy is a place of shelter and warmth. Nowadays you can still walk out to a bothy which is open to the public and stay the night. Looking at the traditions of bothy’s Gin Bothy uses traditional methods to create their gins which are inspired by heritage and driven by development and new creations.

Tasting Notes

Scottish gin is infused with cinnamon, cloves, and mixed spices. Great on the rocks or with ginger ale to bring out the citrus notes. Try serving it heated or drink it neat to keep you warm on the hills.
