Founded in 2017 by brothers Thomas and Alistair Wilson following their dream of setting up the island's first commercial gin distillery. Wanting to ensure their gins truly captured the aspects of the wild landscape and the tempestuous seas that surround it shown in the design of the bottles and labels. In some of the most spectacular scenery in the country, the brothers have created something really special.  

Tasting Notes

A marriage of crystal-clear spring waters from the Storr Lochs and the right balance of the finest botanicals. Juniper berries are hand foraged from various wild locations around Skye and slowly distilled in copper pot stills, then vapor infused with botanicals such as coriander, angelica, and lemon to name a few.  

Garnish with a slice of fresh orange
