Little Brown Dog's biggest project to date. We love doing what we do and are
proud of the reputation and following that we are growing as independent bottlers. We often explain that the challenge of indie bottling is looking for individual casks with distinct character, and how this is a different approach from producing repeatable batches of larger volumes of whisky.
This year, they have been working on a project that we call our Aberdeenshire Single Malt. Their own take on a classic expression, a 12-year-old Glen Garioch. Their cask management, their blending, their decisions.
Non chill filtered, natural colour, 46%vol
A vatting of 60% 1st fill bourbon and 40% sherry (PX and oloroso, refill and 1st fill).
Distinct in style from and OB Glen Garioch, this will be our signature single malt and help bring what we do at LBD to a wider audience.
