Refreshing and minerally, with balanced acidity. Pear, melon and apricot lead the nose, lifted by white flowers and lemon. Fresh acidity and a rounded texture define the medium-bodied palate, with subtle weight from careful lees work.

Hand-harvested and destemmed, followed by gentle pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at lower temperatures, typically between 12-16°C. Aged for 3 to 4 months in stainless steel tanks.

Perfectly paired with fish and seafood dishes.
