Inspired by the teamwork and energy of painted wolves ( African wild dogs), our community of talented individuals combine, resources to form the Painted Wolfs Wines pack. Partnerships are at the heart of Painted Wolf, through which we source wonderful grapes like this Roussanne, a rare grape in South Africa.

Tasting Notes

This wine was barrel fermented utilizing the grape's natural yeasts in 500 litre 1st and 2nd fill French and Hungarian oak barrels. The result is beautifully balanced rich wine with dried stone fruit aromas and a nutty, savoury finish.

This wine will bottle age for a number of years. 2750 bottles produced.
