Valenciso 10 Años Después 2015 is a limited-production Rioja Alta red wine made from 100% Tempranillo, released a full decade after the 2015 harvest. Produced by Valenciso from selected vineyards around Ollauri and Haro, the wine showcases the freshness, elegance and longevity that can be achieved from mature Rioja Tempranillo.

The wine was made using indigenous yeasts and spent several years in concrete tanks, followed by extended maturation in fine-grain oak. This combination allows the wine to develop considerable complexity while retaining freshness and fruit character. The 2015 vintage was bottled in 2025, hence the name 10 Años Después.

In the glass, expect mature red and black fruits alongside balsamic, smoky, tobacco, liquorice and fine spice notes. The palate is broad yet refined, with silky, mature tannins, vibrant acidity and a long, savoury finish.

With only 6,083 bottles produced, Valenciso 10 Años Después 2015 is a particularly distinctive expression of mature Rioja Alta and an excellent choice for collectors and lovers of traditionally styled Spanish red wine.
