Na Sia 7 Years Evolved is a rare single cask release from Isle of Raasay Distillery, showcasing seven years of maturation in an ex-American Rye whiskey cask. Bottled at natural cask strength, this peated single malt combines Hebridean smoke with bold rye spice, delivering a whisky that is both powerful and complex.

Expect aromas of orchard fruits, vanilla, toasted cereals and gentle coastal smoke. The palate is rich and oily with notes of cracked black pepper, honeyed malt, toasted rye bread and warming peat smoke. A long finish of oak spice, salted caramel and lingering maritime character completes this exceptional island dram.
