Matured in ex-bourbon casks for 15 years, Cask Orkney combines the honeyed, fruity character of island malt with aromatic heather, warming spice and a gentle thread of smoke. Bottled at 46% ABV, this is a characterful yet approachable Orkney whisky with plenty of depth.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Clover honey, Parma violet and ripe peach, followed by aromatic heather and gentle smoky embers.

Palate: Grilled plum and traditional barley sugar lead into herbal hops, caraway and warming spice.

Finish: Long and gently smoky, with pepper, tart citrus and fresh pine lingering on the finish.
