"At the Port of Leith Distillery, we want to produce outstanding single malt Scotch Whisky. To do that, we need to find special barrels to mature our whisky. 

We began looking for exceptional producers. 

Established in 1727, Martha's Family has specialised in producing the fine, complex ports from the Douro Valley for generations 

Tasting Notes

Matured in old oak casks, this wine has vibrant orange, citrus, and honied aromas, with lemon, apple, and hints of vanilla and almonds on the palate. One day you may find some of these flavours in our whisky."
