LBD X Living Souls 46 Year Old
This is a 1970s blend with some absolutely crazy liquid in it. 1978 and 1979 Cambus and Carsebridge from Living Souls and 1978 Glen Garioch representing Little Brown Dog and the North East of Scotland.
Nose
Layers of polished oak, dried apricot, fig, honeycomb, antique furniture, and soft baking spices emerge from the glass, revealing remarkable maturity and refinement.
Palate
Luxuriously smooth and silky, offering notes of dried tropical fruits, orange marmalade, toffee, roasted nuts, dark chocolate, and gentle oak spice. Decades of ageing have created exceptional balance between sweetness, fruit, and wood influence.
Finish
Long, elegant, and warming with lingering notes of mature oak, dried fruit, soft spice, and a subtle rancio character typical of well-aged whisky.
