Dunnet Bay Distillery - Thurso

Founder in 2014 by Martin and Claire Murray with the desire to bring a distillery and visitor centre to their hometown of Caithness at the far north tip of mainland Scotland a few miles from John O’Groats. It’s a real family-run operation, and the overall passion to produce high-quality seasonal and locally inspired gins is very obvious in all of their range.  

Tasting Notes

Using a selection of unusual botanicals such as roseroot, rowan berries, blueberries, and sea buckthorn (that super berry again) they have created a truly distinct dry gin.   

Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
