Tasting Notes

Sun-dried apricot, marzipan, and rose petal aromas, with rosemary undertones. This wine is big with some prominent leesy, toasty notes among the fruit. The finish is clean, fresh, and minerally and very long. 

Food Matching: A perfect accompaniment with buttery fish dishes, bouillabaisse, and mildly spicy dishes. 

Bottle Information

Vinification: The grapes are de-stalked, crushed, pressed, settled, and then fermented in 2nd/3rd fill barrels french oak barrels. Fermentation is controlled at 15-16 degrees.
