I specifically chose this wine due to it being advertised as a 2024 vintage. When it arrived it was a 2025 vintage. This was disappointing as the vintage was chosen for a reason and for a birthday gift. Can I please suggest that no vintage is advertised if it can’t be kept up to date, leaving the onus on purchasers to check. Showing a specific vintage clearly in photo and via description anyone would assume that’s what they would be sent.
The most disappointing thing is I’ve emailed twice regarding the wrong vintage having been sent, but have received no response. On the other hand I have been sent multiple marketing emails! Poor customer service
